One of the top four roles in this multinational company. Senior Management experience. Central North Island. Located nationally throughout NZ; this market leader is recognised for their dominance in the franchise sector of trucks shops and are authorised distributors and retailers of multiple brands. The position requires the skills of an experienced manager with a heavy diesel background. It is likely you will have both a heavy parts background and be highly respected for your skills throughout having progressed from a role as a heavy diesel parts manager, regional manager or even currently employed at a similar national management level. We are open to receiving applications from others who can step up to the mark but stress this role is rated as “one of the top four within this group,” consequently applications will need to be reflective of the senior nature of this position to be of consideration. The ability to think at a strategic level is of primary importance; indeed the recognition of whether this has been part of a previous role you have held in it self will be reflective of the experience required to fully perform the functions of the position. Above all you will need to be a good manager of people, you will need to commit reserves of energy well beyond the norm and accept that the role of national parts manager will require national travel and on occasion, international travel.
