New Zealand schools across the country are crying out for qualified and experienced secondary school teachers. To be eligible for a visa you will need a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) or a Bachelor of Education - Teaching (Secondary). To apply for teacher registration, any overseas qualifications must first be assessed for equivalency by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. In addition, all primary and secondary school teachers are required by law to be registered with the New Zealand Teachers Council. We can assist you with this process.
