LiveNZ Jobs is designed to take the hassle out of the international recruitment process and help New Zealand employers attract skilled and experienced overseas talent. 

In most cases, migrants need an offer of skilled employment in order to get their visa. As an advertiser on LiveNZ Jobs, you will only receive applications from overseas candidates who are eligible to work and live permanently in New Zealand and have the necessary skills and experience suitable for the role.

How does LiveNZ Jobs work?

1. Contact us to register your company's details and we will upload your current vacancies FREE of charge. Only the LiveNZ and Golden Sands Migration teams will have access to your contact details - they will not be visible to job seekers. Once our system is fully developed, you will receive your own username and password so you can upload jobs at any time.

2. When a candidate registers their interest for your job they will be required to complete our visa eligibility assessment. Before we present them to you, we make sure they are eligible to work in NZ and assess their suitability for the role.

3. If the candidate is eligible for a NZ visa, they have the option to employ Golden Sands Migration's professional services to help them with their visa application and apply for jobs on their behalf.

4. Golden Sands Migration then presents its client to you in application for specific vacancies you have advertised on LiveNZ Jobs.

5. If you would like to take an application further, we help you set-up interviews by phone or in person. We encourage all our clients to make themselves available to come to NZ for face-to-face interviews.

6. Once a job offer has been received from you in writing, we can submit our client's visa application to Immigration NZ. There is no requirement for the employer to sponsor our client. The current processing time for a work visa is approximately 2-6 weeks.
